Massage Lotion

It is important what type of products we use on our skin.   I use the finest massage lotion available, Sacred Earth Botanicals.  Sacred Earth is very expensive compared to other massage lotions.  Less expensive massage lotions contain preservatives, such as paraben, which is linked with breast cancer.  Paraben is found in many shampoos, conditioners, make-up and other body care products.  It is not so difficult to avoid paraben, if you read ingredient lists and shop carefully.  Whole Foods has a large selection of body care products that do not contain paraben.
